Terms, Warranty and Conditions of sale

(Direct Purchases)

All sales made by Pump Stop Online are subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By placing an order, the Customer expressly agrees to these terms.

Pump Stop Online markets and sells products with the official backing of PD Water Systems LLC, manufacturer and authorized distributor of the PEARL brand and other product lines.

1. OFFICIAL WARRANTY & MANUFACTURER SUPPORT

All PEARL brand products sold by Pump Stop Online are covered by the official manufacturer’s warranty provided by PD Water Systems LLC.

The warranty is granted and backed directly by PD Water Systems, and Pump Stop Online acts as an authorized channel for warranty processing and customer support.

The warranty period begins on the invoice date issued by Pump Stop Online.

Warranty Period by Product Category:

  • Easy Pumps Booster Systems: 2 years
  • 4”–10” Submersible Water Ends: 3 years
  • Submersible Motors: 3 years
  • Above-Ground Pumps (Ironjet, Thor, JCC, JSC, Calpeda): 2 years
  • Vertical Pumps: 2 years
  • Vertical Motors: 2 years
  • Pumping Stations (PDBOX, PDTECH): 2 years
  • Solar Systems: 2 years
  • Tanks: 5 years
  • Variable Frequency Drives (VFD): 2 years
  • Control Panels: 2 years
  • Accessories: 2 years

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and, at the sole discretion of PD Water Systems, may be resolved by:

  • Product repair
  • Product replacement
  • Credit memo or refund of the purchase price

2. WARRANTY VALIDITY CONDITIONS

The warranty will be valid only if:

  • The product has been properly stored, installed, operated, and maintained according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • The product has not been altered, modified, or repaired by unauthorized third parties.
  • The damage is not the result of improper installation, misuse, negligence, accident, or inadequate maintenance.
  • No non-original parts, accessories, or components not supplied by PD Water Systems have been used.

The warranty does not cover indirect damages, commercial losses, loss of profits, downtime, or consequential damages of any kind.

3. WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE

To initiate a warranty claim, the Customer must contact Pump Stop Online directly:

The Customer must provide:

  • Invoice number
  • Order number
  • Product serial number: Picture of the plate on the pump
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Photo or video evidence (if applicable)

Pump Stop Online will coordinate the case directly with PD Water Systems, who will technically evaluate the claim and determine warranty coverage according to their official policies.

The Customer is responsible for shipping costs to the authorized service center unless otherwise determined by the manufacturer.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The sole obligation under this warranty shall be the repair, replacement, or refund authorized by PD Water Systems.

Neither Pump Stop Online nor PD Water Systems shall be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of use, or business interruption.

All PEARL products sold by Pump Stop Online are backed directly by:
